Villa LuLu spreads over two floors. The wide and spacious living area on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances such as induction cooker, extractor hood, freezer, fridge, ice maker, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. In the living area, a cozy dining area for 6 people awaits you to enjoy your meals. In the living area, a large sofa awaits you to relax in front of a flat screen TV. The sofa can also be prepared as a comfortable extra bed for 2 more guests.

Four bedrooms are available to guests. The rooms are spacious with lots of sunlight. All bedrooms have a double bed and all have a wardrobe, flat screen TV. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. All bedrooms and bathrooms in the house are equipped with bed linen and towels.

Guests also have at their disposal a guest toilet, an external toilet and a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Villa LuLu extends over a 1100 m2 fenced plot. The villa is fully fenced and offers private parking for 4 cars. Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the premises. 

Villa LuLu is located 2500 meters from the sea. Besides swimming in the crystal clear Adriatis Lake, you can also go hiking through landscaped vineyard trails in the area. Within a radius of 15 km from the villa you will find the beautiful towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk. Be sure to try the famous Vrbnička žlahtina and traditionally prepared dishes of this region.
