As soon as you enter Villa Antica, you will feel at ease with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living spaces are spread over two floors, covering 57 m², and the property sits on a 500 m² plot with a 32 m² outdoor pool. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room, equipped with a comfortable seating area, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The entire house is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay even on hot summer days.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and there is also a washing machine and drying rack. The dining area features a table for 4, perfect for shared meals. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests, so you don’t have to worry about packing extra. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer.

Wij hebben 2 weken verbleven in dit fantastische huis. De locatie was perfect, Rasopasno ligt centraal waar vandaan we het hele eiland Krk hebben ontdekt.
De inrichting is compleet en als we een vraag hadden, was de aardige eigenaar en zijn familie erg behulpzaam.
Groot zwembad met goede ligbedden.
Heel dichtbij een kleine supermarkt die ‘s ochtends open is voor de nodige dingen zoals vers brood.
Verder dichtbij een fijn restaurant.
Het was altijd fijn ‘thuiskomen’ na een dagtrip.

Es war eine sehr schöne Villa, genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Alles sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden.

Just got back from our Krk vacation and we cannot fault the place or the owners at all. Communication with the owners was so easy and they were super friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and perfect for our vacation! The location is in a very quiet village with amazing views and easily connected with all parts of the island.
In summary, we have nothing no complaints what so ever and want to thank the owners again for contributing to a great vacation :) we will 100% return in future!

Wir waren eine Woche zu viert mit Hund in der Villa Antica, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an extrem wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem hübschen kleinen Dorf, alle Orte und Strände auf Krk sind von dort aus problemlos zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, alles war super! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, super ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein richtiges Zuhause! Der Pool ist ein Traum, ebenso wie die schöne Dachterrasse. Vormittags hat im Dorf - etwa 1 Minute zu Fuß - ein kleiner Laden geöffnet, in dem man die wichtigsten Dinge bekommt. Größere Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Wir lieben die duftende Landschaft der Gegend und die kroatische Gastfreundschaft. Janus und seine Tochter Matea waren so herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass wir es Ihnen kaum genug danken können. Wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen können.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Hündin für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Mirko und seiner Tochter Matea hat super funktioniert. Die beiden sind sehr lieb und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Mirko hat uns sogar zwischendurch Kuchen und Trauben vorbeigebracht. Der Pool und der umliegende Garten sind wunderschön gestaltet. Alles war sehr sauber und wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Von Rasopasno aus kann man die Insel wunderbar erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.
