In front of the house there is a large parking space for four cars. A charging station for an electric car is at your disposal. From the parking lot you can also access a handy storage room with washing machine, which is used only by guests of Villa Terra Bianca. Even though Villa is a Semi-Detached house, you will have a feeling of living in a standalone house. Outside of the house is completely fenced, so your privacy is guaranteed.
