A beautiful green garden, a spacious pool, and multiple terraces ensure that every guest can find their perfect spot to relax. The Magdalea Holiday Apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and is a perfect location for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
The apartment spans 220 m² over two floors, providing comfortable living for larger groups. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and all the necessary utensils for meal preparation. The dining area features a large table for 8 people, while the living room offers a cozy sofa and SAT TV for relaxing evenings. From the living area, there is access to a spacious terrace with a dining table for 8 and a stone barbecue – perfect for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, there are three additional spacious bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds, an extra bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms, except the naturally cool one on the ground floor, are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. From the upper floor, you can access a shaded terrace with a sea view, equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, ensuring cold drinks are always at hand.
The apartment's outdoor areas are beautifully designed. The large garden with various shaded spots invites relaxation. On hot summer days, a 24 m² pool provides refreshment, surrounded by eight sun loungers placed around the terraces. Parking for multiple vehicles is available in front of the apartment.
The surrounding area offers tranquility and privacy, along with numerous opportunities for exploration. Located in a picturesque rural setting surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, it is perfect for hiking and cycling. Schönes, uriges und geräumiges Steinhaus mit guter Ausstattung, schöner Außenanlage und tollem Pool. Wir haben besonders die beiden überdachten Terrassen genossen. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch die Vermieterin, die direkt nebenan wohnt.

Ideale Lage, um die Insel Krk zu erkunden. Man kann innerhalb einer halben Stunde alles erreichen ( bis auf den Süden ). Tolle Vermieterin, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Super Ausstattung, Belegung mit 8 Leuten kein Problem, da sehr geräumig.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass es an nichts fehlt. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet. Die zwei Terrassen sorgen für einen tollen Blick aufs Meer oder auf den Pool. Der Grill ist riesig. Insgesamt muss man sagen, das Haus war für uns 7 perfekt.

Die Villa war super,wir waren mit 4 Personen im Juli dort. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen super Meerblick.Entfernung zum Meer waren ca. 5 km ,wir waren am Strand in Silo. Wenn hier shoppen möchtet Fahrt in die Stadt Krk oder nach Baška.Viele Grüße an unsere Gastgeber Magda und Familie.Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir - 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder - haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Magdalea sehr genossen.
Wir starteten den Tag bei einem gemütlichen Frühstück auf der überdachten Terrasse, dann erledigten wir unser Workout auf der Yoga-Terrasse, nachmittags unterhielten uns die Kinder mit einer Vorstellung auf der Pool-Terrasse und abends genossen wir den Blick aufs Festland von der Lounge -Terrasse.
In diesem Haus mit seinen vielen Bereiche ist für jeden etwas dabei!
Die Vermieterin wohnt auf der Rückseite mit eigenem Eingang und war sehr um uns bemüht.
Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse mit sehr wenig Verkehr.
Einzig die Küche war für unsere begeisterten Hobby-Köche etwas klein! ;)

Wir waren als Familie mit Oma und Kindern in der Villa Magdalena und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die sehr gut ausgestattete, blitzblanke Villa bietet sehr viel Platz, hat einen wunderschönen Garten, mehrere Terrassen und einen tollen Pool. Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus Magdalea. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich von Magda in Empfang genommen. Sie war auch jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es ist ausreichend Platz für Alle, wir waren mit zwei Familien da. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an Nichts. Die Terrassen , eine mit Blick auf das Meer, sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist super, mit bequemen Liegen und ausreichend Sonnenschirmen. Es gibt sogar extra Handtücher für die Liegen.
Im Garten gibt es einen Grill, was uns sehr gefallen hat.

Das Haus war ideal für uns (6 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder): Genügend Platz und alle Räume klimatisiert. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool und auf der schönen Terrasse mit Meerblick verbracht. Küche und Grill waren gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.
Den nahen Strand Sveti Marak können wir empfehlen.
