Accommodation, air conditioning, bathroom towels, bed linens, electricity, garden maintenance, heating, internet access, parking, registration fee, tourist tax, use of grill, use of washing machine, water, pool maintenanc.
Advance payment of 30%: By booking.
Remaining payment of 70%: 21 days before arrival.
Full payment of 100%: If a booking is made within 21 days to the check-in date.
A security deposit of 300,00 € in cash will be charged on arrival and will be refunded in cash on the day of departure if no damage is done in the accommodation.
