The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor; all are bright, comfortable, equipped with a TV, wardrobe, desk, and chair, and have access to a balcony overlooking the greenery. This floor also includes a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The ground floor features an open-plan living area filled with natural light. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, coffee machine, and everything needed for preparing gourmet meals.
