This beautiful, more than 160 years old, restored villa is the ideal family accommodation. The location of the villa is perfect. It is located in a small and peaceful village Polje on island Krk and just 2 km away from the sea. It has been renovated with love and decorated with style, using only
quality materials, in order to offer you a romantic getaway from everyday stress. The villa has a lovely tended garden with a private and heated pool with cozy sun loungers, outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. Villa Levanda is categorized with 5 stars.
The interior of the villa is a blend of historical, traditional and modern, with elements of stone and wood. Inside the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace and access to the outdoor area with a heated swimming pool. On the ground floor are also a bathroom, additional functional double bed and storage.
The upper floor consists of two air conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. One spacious bedroom has a double bed with a french balcony. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed, and from it you can access the terrace where in the evenings you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
This villa is equipped with all technical amenities you might need (WiFi, A/C, SAT TV, underfloor heating) and two private shaded parking spots and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday. Villa Levande offers perfect accommodation for 6 persons.

We enjoyed staying in this spacious villa, just restored, with lots of different places to relax - shady front porch, large first-floor terrace off the twin bedroom, extra tiny private courtyard at ground level at the back, plus the area around the pool. Aircon and wifi good. Well-stocked kitchen (three different kinds of fresh coffee-maker!) Our son joined us as an extra guest half way through and used the downstairs dining / sitting room as his base, sleeping on the large, comfortable sofa bed. There's another separate lounge area next to the kitchen so it worked well. We usually like to be in the countryside for our summer holiday but booked late this time and weren't sure how we'd feel about being in a village close to other houses. However, it was brilliant. It's less than a minute's walk to the little village store for bread and basics. Five minutes by car to seaside town of Silo for early morning swim in crystal clear water and treats from the bakery. Ten minutes to Cizici bay where we hired a boat for four for £60 for the day and sailed down the coast and across to the mainland (delicious family dinner on the roof terrace at Bar Fango in Cizici afterwards). Lots of local restaurants at inexpensive prices - the ancient square in Dobrinj or busy Vrbnik with stunning views. Or just chill out at Villa Levanda with a barbecue! The island is a conservation area - perfect mix of nature and villages. We flew to Pula and the drive to the house took just over 2 hours. There's a toll bridge across to the island. The villa's owners live nearby but did not intrude. They invited us to eat the figs and herbs from the garden and stayed up until 01.00 to see us in when our plane was delayed. They were quick to respond to one problem but otherwise we didn't see them. Happy holidays!

We lived in a beautiful villa that has a soul like the surrounding garden. The house has been luxuriously furnished. A large living space provided us with comfortable resting conditions. A wonderful swimming pool, whose cleanliness was cared for by the host gave us the highest level of relaxation. It was a great holiday. The perfect hosts watched for everything - we thank them for. We highly recommend this beautiful villa. I 'll be back.....We'll be back !!!!!

Ein kleines Paradies dieses Haus mit dem wunderschön angelegten Grundstück. Der Pool ist nicht von der Straße einsehbar, somit absolute Privatsphäre. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sind aber nicht zu hören und im Fall der Fälle kümmern sie sich sofort um ein Anliegen, auch sonst kümmern sie sich regelmäßig in den frühen Morgenstunden um den Pool, damit der Badetag gleich nach dem Frühstück beginnen kann. Im Haus ist alles neu und sauber, hier fühlt man sich von der 1. Minute an wohl. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet, sogar Backform und Mixer sind vorhanden. Fliegengitter halten Plagegeister fern. Die Insel Krk ist sehr abwechslungsreich und es gibt viele Ecken zu entdecken.
Für uns der erste Kroatienaufenthalt der beim zweiten mal sicher schwer zu toppen sein wird.

Total liebevoll renoviertes, schönes Häuschen mit gepflegtem Garten. Auch der über ein paar Stufen getrennt liegendem Pool mit Außendusche war super. Richtig große Küche und komplett eingerichtete Küche, große Terrasse und zwei Badezimmer.
Waren die erste Woche 6 Personen und die zweite Woche zu 4, und es war größenmäßig überhaupt kein Problem.
Vermieter sind ein älteres Ehepaar, waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit, haben täglich Garten gegossen und Pool gesäubert - hat sie aber kaum bemerkt.
Sehr ruhig und ein bisschen abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen, in der näheren Umgebung ist jedoch nur ein kleiner Market (50m).
Ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir sind 2 Ehepaare und haben in diesem Haus wunderschöne, entspannte Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Haus ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und immer für einen da, wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftauchen. Der Pool ist genial und wird vom Gastgeber regelmäßig gepflegt. Die Lage ist schön und ruhig. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und wird gut gepflegt. Es gibt in der unmittelbaren Nähe einen kleinen Laden, in der Brot etc. gekauft werden kann. Einen größeren Supermarkt gibt es in Silo - ca. 3km entfernt. Wir haben sehr entspannte Urlaubstage hier verbracht und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten uns bei der Buchung von den Bilder des Hauses verleiten lassen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieterpaar Otten sehr herzlich begrüßt und durch die Villa geführt.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Selbstversorgung braucht.
Der gepflegte Garten- und der Poolbereich bieten die perfekten Voraussetzungen für entspannte Tage. Die Liebe zum Detail ist überall erkennbar.
Wir sagen "Danke" für zehn wunderschöne Tage!

Generally this home is awsome and we had a great stay. Therefore we can recommend this home with almost any objections.
There are some minor issues that resticts the full review score.
1. Privacy. Due to a construction on the property of the owner next door, there was quite some traffic between his house and the vacation home. The owners, which are both very nice and friendly, asked permission and we agreed, politely.
2. On a 2 weeks stay, I would expect to have the bedding changed once a week. That didn't happen.
3. Dishes and silverware were not sufficient. It covered only one and a half meal-times a day. Then it had to be cleaned for the next meal-time. Two sets would be in favour.
Those are not big issues and can be eliminated easily. Nevertheless, they are irritating for an idividual luxury vacation home like this.

We were lucky enough to find Villa Levanda:) We stayed at the Villa as a family 2+1 (including a toddler) for a week in May 2023. Everything was perfect, the villa, the swimming pool, beautiful garden, birds singing every day and of course the landlords who are very nice and hospitable. The villa is big enough for 2 families or a group of friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a shop 1 min away. The Krk island is beautiful and we can't wait to come back soon!:)

De perfecte plek om met het gezin te genieten van het Mediterrane klimaat en helenaal tot rust te komen. Van alle gemakken voorzien en met heel veel zorg en oog voor detail ingericht. Moderne inrichting in een klassieke boerderij. Rustig en prive. Kinderen zullen genieten van het grote privezwembad. Heerlijk.

Alles. Die Villa, der Garten und der Swimmingpool sind top gepflegt. Wer hier eine Woche Urlaub macht, fühlt sich so erholt als wären es zwei Wochen gewesen. Es ist alles super gepflegt und auf hohem Standard eingerichtet, von der Küchenzeile bis zum großen TV, Klimaanlage, usw. Vor allem wenn man am Pool sitzt, fühlt man sich wie ein Millionär. :)
Der kleine Supermarkt um die Ecke ist superpraktisch für frisches Brot am Morgen. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst nett. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben mit der Familie ( 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) 10 Tage im Haus verbracht, alles war wie beschrieben. Vorab sehr guten Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, beim Empfang sehr freundlicher Empfang und als Willkommensgeschenk ein leckeren lokalen Wein.
Das Haus war der perfekte Ausgangspunk für unsere Unternehmungen um die Insel kennenzulernen.
Wir können das Haus und alles was dazu gehört uneingeschränkt empfehlen, der Pool war stets sauber, das Haus und die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt.
Wir sind jetzt mit der Familie zum 4. Mal in einem Ferienhaus und das war mit Abstand das Schönste. Dank !
