d in the small village Brzac on Island Krk. It is located on the outskirts of the village, offering you a lot of privacy and quiet moments. Villa Olive Garden is a newly built villa with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so it can accommodate 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa is located an open living space and two en-suite bedrooms and on the first floor you can find another two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony.
When you enter the villa you will instantly feel at home. All spaces are spacious and bright, inviting you to enjoy each of them. Ground floor has an open space plan, connecting the kitchen, dining room and living room. Kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you might require: washing machine, three different coffee machines, smoothie maker, juicer, kettle, toaster and all other appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. Next to the kitchen is a cosy dining table for 8 guests with a nice view to the sea. Living room offers a cosy sofa and flat screen TV.
On the ground floor you can find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both are spacious and offer king sized bed (180X200 cm), desk and closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV and air-conditioning. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, bidets and hair dryers. From bedrooms you also have direct access to the pool area.
If needed you can also use a washing machine and drying machine, vacuum cleaner and iron. Utility with mentioned equipment is on the ground floor of the house.
On the first floor are additional two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a king sized bed (180X200 cm), desk and closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV and air-conditioning. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, bidets and hair dryers. Both bedrooms also have access to the balcony, from where you can admire the beautiful sea view.
The holiday house in the basement offers a cosy room for socialising. There is a pool table, a coffee table, a wine cellar and a TV. The room is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine, playing billiards or watching TV. Comfort and fun are guaranteed in this cosy cellar room.
When you will be on holiday, what you will use the most, is for sure outside the area. Owners of the house took great care of the area. Large pool has a lot of space around for sun chairs and other equipment. Straight from the sun deck there are stairs leading to the olive garden. If you love to read, this will for sure be your favourite spot. Natural shade of olives and light breeze from the sea will make you forget everything around you and just follow the characters in the book. One of the most desired areas of the house is for sure outside the kitchen. Equipped with a traditional grill, sink, large counter and table for 8 quests will be a good spot to prepare traditional Mediterranean dishes.
On arrival we will provide bed linen and towels for the guests. Villa Olive Garden is completely air conditioned and offers fast Wi-Fi connection in every room of the house as well as outside it. You will also be able to park your car on the property behind the electric gate. There is enough space for several cars, two of them are covered.
The center of Krk and beautiful beaches are within reach. If you want to visit one of the nearby islands, the ferry port of Valbiska is only 8 km away. The island of Krk is very well connected to both the mainland and the islands, so you will definitely enjoy exploring it. You can enjoy various activities such as scuba diving, cycling, kayaking and snorkelling, wine tours and much more.
