The interior of the villa is spacious, bright, and modernly designed. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living area that combines a fully equipped and functional kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a large refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. A spacious dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals, while the living room, furnished with a large sofa and satellite TV, offers a relaxing space to unwind. The entire living area is air-conditioned and opens onto a spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor seating, ideal for socializing and enjoying time outdoors. A separate guest toilet is also available.
Also located on the ground floor is a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom, offering additional convenience and privacy.
On the upper floor, there are three spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm), while the third bedroom features two single beds, making the villa an excellent choice for families or groups of friends. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms share a separate modern bathroom accessible from the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and safes for the secure storage of personal belongings.
The bathrooms are modernly equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you can travel light and enjoy a carefree stay.
The garden surrounding the villa is a true oasis of relaxation. The private 30 m² swimming pool, surrounded by aromatic Mediterranean plants and comfortable sun loungers, is perfect for cooling off during hot summer days. The outdoor area also features an outdoor shower, barbecue, and a pleasant seating area for relaxing and spending quality time outside. The landscaped grounds extend over 1300 m², offering plenty of space for games, sports activities, or simply enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings.
The villa provides spacious parking for several vehicles, making it ideal for families or groups traveling with multiple cars. An electric charging station with a capacity of up to 11 kW is also available, which is especially convenient for guests with electric vehicles. The entire property is fenced, ensuring complete privacy and security, while also providing a spacious area for relaxation. Guests can also use the washing machine, iron, and ironing board, while free Wi-Fi ensures a comfortable stay even during longer vacations.

Rental price includes:
Accommodation, air conditioning, bathroom towels, bed linens, cleaning on departure, electricity, garden maintenance, heating, internet access, parking, registration fee, tourist tax, use of baby bed, use of baby chair, use of grill, use of washing machine, water, use of electric vehicle charging station.
The dog fee is 20 € per night. Two dogs are allowed.
Advance payment of 30%: By booking.
Remaining payment of 70%: 21 days before arrival.
Full payment of 100%: If a booking is made within 21 days to the check-in date.
A security deposit of 200,00 € in cash will be charged on arrival and will be refunded in cash on the day of departure if no damage is done in the accommodation.
