eval is a traditional stone house over 100 years old that has been completely renovated with exceptional flair and detail. It is modernly equipped and offers you everything you need for a peaceful vacation. The property consists of a holiday home, a summer kitchen, two swimming pools with a terrace and a covered parking space. On the ground floor of the holiday home there is an open space with a kitchen, dining and living room and a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and an armchair from which you can comfortably watch a smart TV with satellite programs or just enjoy the social gathering. The dining room is furnished with a dining table. The kitchen offers all the comforts of a home kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels and a hair dryer. The staircase takes you to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, additional single bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a toilet on the first floor. The holiday house can accommodate 5 people. Two pools await you next to the villa. The first smaller one is intended for children and flows into a larger one. Larger pool is for swimming and enjoying. On the terrace there are sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun's rays. The covered part of the terrace offers a large dining set and a summer kitchen. The summer kitchen is a special part of Villa Neval, which allows you to have a particularly nice get-together with good food. A gas grill and stove, a spacious counter with a sink and running water are available for preparing meals. The entire house is air-conditioned and has access to Wi-Fi Internet. A washing machine is available in the house. Your car will also be taken care of. There is also a covered parking space for your car.
