The third terrace is located on the first floor of the house and is accessible from the bedrooms, offering privacy and panoramic sea views.

For your convenience, the villa provides two parking spaces in front of the house, secured by garden gates, as well as a garage for one car. From the garage, you can access a spacious storage area equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. The entire house is air-conditioned and has wireless internet access, allowing you to stay connected to the outside world if you wish. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep.

The towns of Krk, Vrbnik, and Malinska, located around 15 kilometers away, offer rich cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and top-notch culinary experiences. We especially recommend trying the famous local wine, Vrbnička Žlahtina, and savoring the deliciously prepared dishes typical of the island of Krk.
